Martial arts offers changes in body structure and mindset that are of limited value and also limit longevity. Practitioners of some aspects of Chinese [asian] health exercises that span between a aerobic meditation and a limited Pre-gymnastic exercise series tend to be healthier and live longer than practitioners of external-development martial application focused exercises; they also do not develop the mindset of aggressive management of conflict. The only asian martial art that imbodies this is aikido, but the repetitive tumbling and joint impacts also induces damage which limits quality of life in elder years. As interesting as martial arts is as a spectator persuit, none can claim health-and-martial abilities in the life ages of 70 to 100.

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Taurus

Life hasn't exactly been plain sailing recently but you're navigating your way through calmer waters again. In fact, you're feeling pretty sunny-tempered and relaxed, and may even wonder what all the fuss was about during the past few days. It's a great excuse to go out on the town, or to visit your favourite restaurant for a relaxing meal.
