As a local I get to see nato out and about in Ely which is pretty smart, talking to him you could never guess what he does and how famous in his sport he is. Infact the first time I met him at the gym and on purpose made out I didn't know what he did I asked what was he training for? At the time I knew he was preparing to fight Mickey Roades in London a few years back his reply was " oh I'm just trying to keep fit how about you " I liked that about him it's not until you properly check him out on the net that you realise just how famous he is yet he's humble and normal a really really nice guy we are lucky to have him in Ely.

Ficarras fighting has always been explosive and real, very few fighters are the genuine article he's the real thing he fought with guts and passion. Famous for the brilliant sweeps and kicks and ultra fast hands as a youngster I would turn up just to watch him train you always knew when he was around because there was always a lot of laughter!

Good morning, cant believe we will never see this great martial arts fighter in action again. Ficarra without a shadow of a doubt was certainly the most unpredictable fighter ive ever seen, in his 20s and 30s and 40s ficarra could knock you out in seconds if he chose to which made him a very dangerous fighter.
