A year after a Louisville murder at a bus stop, still no arrests
Wednesday marks the one year anniversary of the murder of a Louisville man. LMPD investigators said Andre Ballard, 43, was waiting at a bus stop near 11th street and Chestnut Street, on his way home from work, when he was robbed and shot and left to die.
