People can smoke all they want to if all I care. They just need to remember we have a right to not inhale the smoke and smell as bad as smokers do. Have manner smokers! Remember, we have a right to not smoke as much as you all do to smoke!

What an intelligent reply! Trust me, the last thing I want to do is to hang out with a bunch of Fascistic "useful idiots".
The loss of rights your mentality enables has been a slow and painful process to witness for those who love the freedoms we once had as a nation. You and your fascistic collectivist ideology has been chipping away at our rights now for quite some time, and the smoking bans you praise have paved the way for many other insanities.
Enjoy your salt bans.
Enjoy your transfat bans.
Enjoy your Happy Meal bans.
Enjoy the TSA fondling your children and your spouse.
Enjoy the checkpoints they are now setting up where are pulled over and your papers are demanding for nothing other than suspicion.
Enjoy your free speech zones,
Enjoy the Patriot Act.
Just remember it is people like you who make this all possible.
While our rights go up in flames one by one, we have collectivist fools such as yourself who gladly cheer for their own destruction.
Blamo! Slam dunk!

Yes...and let's expand that to those who have a BBQ grill who allow their children near it!
If you are talking about idiots who fire up a BBQ grill inside a car with kids in it, then yeah your right!

If you are attempting to draw a correlation between tobacco toxins and BBQ's inside a car, then we get ya...anything else is just a simpleton grasping at straws! hahaha

Pathetic little people, should not be allowed to clog up these forums with such far reaching crap as you smokers do!

You have been posting here since when again????? Oh yeah, since 2006! WOW!!! No wonder you're so mental and jaded!

So will a bullet....stop being a simple minded, one track, thinker!

Smoking causes a great deal of upper respiratory issues for children when exposed to the toxins of a selfish smoker....this is well documented. To say anything less is nothing but denial and ignorant wishful thinking!

Still clinging onto those retarded, ridiculous, and close minded Nazi arguments.

Close minded? Nazis were bad people. So was Hitler. All of humanity should unite and make sure that a Hitler Nazi will never be created ever again.

Close minded as in grasping at any argument you can to rationalize, and justify smoking....the end of the day, you using Hitler in your argument, shows your limited ability to argue and shortage of intellect....hence the reason you fight for the ability to burn and ingest the smoke from chemically laced tobacco leaves.

Also I would tell you that Hitler also poisoned many with toxic gas...sounds a lot like smokers!

Hey anyone dumb enough to smoke in a car with children has already tried BBQing in it. In fact the children were conceived in the back seat.

Ther should be a law since most parents cant seem to reframe from smoking in the presence of their children . They will fight to the last how it's not your business , and it's not but they are killing their children as well as themselves . Cancer heart attack and many other health problems . The children have no choice . But it will be the same as the car seat law , you see children wondering around in the back seat all the time .

The only right you have is to not go places that allow smoking.

Its worth about as much as your comment "nadda" Everyone needs to mind their own business and worry about themselves. Instead of calling people out, fix your own problems. I'm sure you're the same people who let their kids run wild and scream while I'm trying to enjoy a peaceful dinner. I'm not a smoker but I don't think its anyone's business how someone else raises their kids.

Well if they're FSC... But THAT was a very sneaky thing done to us- by anti-smokers. It's also something that most definitely still needs to be fought.

Even if cigarettes ever go back to the original non-FSC of, in most cases, not more than ten years ago- which by the way were far, far less fire hazardous, and far less 'ofensive' in quite a few ways...-Still, simply use your common sense as to where and when it's okay to smoke. How ventalated is the place you are smoking in(?) etc.

We do not need more nannystate 'laws'. These 'laws' have already grown far beyond being kept strictly to the smoking issue, although, the nazi-like attack on smoking was a HUGE start for these liberal dingbats. There is a ton of power making a lot of money on "quit-smoking products". These powers have lied (and in the case of FSC- severely, and 'under-the-radar' cheated) successfully to the collective mindset of a lot of the public. It's too bad.
In all, control-freaks and all the laws that come with them have long since gotten far out of control.
