Stumbo's bill would target smokers in cars with children

Smoking in a vehicle where a child under 17 is present would be illegal under a bill filed by House Speaker Greg Stumbo.

One time i saw 3 young women smoking in a car with a baby in a carseat and the windows werent rolled down.A child should not be exposed to those toxins involuntarily,and smokers should think about their children's health,since they dont care about theirs and keep their vehicle smokefree.One more thing,i wish they wouldnt throw their butts out the window,mother earth isnt an ashtray.

Referring to the SUBJECT of this thread,do you as a smoker,think its ok to smoke in a car with the windows rolled up,and young children in the car with you?This isnt about meat or grills,and i dont know too many people who are BBQing in the snow right now.Referring to the truck blowing out carcinogens,most newer model cars have cabin filters that filter the air before it comes through the vent.I also dont eat a lot of red meat either,but your full of hot air.It must really (s*ck) living in a state that has banned cigs everywhere,poor smoker :D.

Referring to the SUBJECT of this thread,do you as a smoker think its ok to smoke in a car with children with the windows rolled up?It is wintertime,and i doubt many ppl drive around now with the windows rolled down.Also,i dont think many people are BBQing in the snow right now,but smokers smoke every day.Referring to the carcinogens coming out of vehicles,cars burn cleaner fuel these days,and newer model cars have cabin filters to filter the air before it comes through the vent.It has nothing to do with Fascism or Hitler,just caring for the innocent members of our society who we're supposed to setting an example for,and i think thats a good thing.One last thing,kids look up to us,since we're supposed to lead by example.
