I guess as complicated as spelling OUT...not ot. I mean really? Worry about the fact you state rather than grammar...because we both know YOU are lying and trying to stick YOUR nose where it doesn't belong.

I was just told about this site full of gossip, hate, and lies. after reading some of the stuff on here I want to say my 2cints worth(lol). if I was in the shoes of the Beach family, I would be very glad to see this boy charged with murder and even more if he was to spend the rest of his life in prison. if I was in the shoes of the Wilhoite I would be doing all I could to keep my son from spending the next 10yrs to life in prison. there is always two sides that want what the other doesn't in a situation like this and one side is going to loose. one double. if it was my child that he hit and killed and he showed TRUE remorse and proved to me that he was hole heartedly sorry for what he did, in time I might be able to forgive. being as young as he is I would hate to see 2 lives lost over something like but I would also want justest for my child. we all know James didn't set out that night to kill anyone. he made the biggest mistake of his life to get behind the wheel of that truck and he will pay and be haunted with it for the rest of his life weather it be in prison or out. hopefully this time he will learn a lesion and see that decision affects more than you when you make the choice to DUI. praying for a ending that is just for both sides.

Sadly, regardless of his charges, he will probably only serve 5 to 7 years. I know this because my brother was killed by a drunk driver who left the scene, and he only served around 5 years. Justice is rarely served in cases like this. His actions were horrible, but that doesnt mean he's a horrible person, he was from what I hear, a really nice guy. Everything happens for a reason, and you some how forgive in time. It's tragic, for everyone involved.

How do you know it isn't Harry breaking for both families? His family had nothing to do with this. To watch a family member go through something like this is an extremely hard thing to do. Why don't you have some respect for the families and keep your mouth shut and have some respect.

1.8 is not at all right. heck, he'd be dead. so that is soooo bogus that its not even funny. a person who is not drinking is a standard .00 .... and .08 is legally drunk in the state of ky. a breathalyzer of .045 to .050 would mean basically the person is near a coma stage. so no way on the history of this has a person blew a 1.8. gee whiz people

Let me ask the question a little differently.

How closely related are the Carrollton Police Chief and the Defendant, James Nathan Willhoite?

Can we please do something positive with this website? Do we always have to bash people? Remember what kind of man Michael was, never a cruel word about anyone and always a smile on his face. He would not want his community doing this.
