Yes no matter what the situation is with the animal. Or at least in my county they are.I have heard that police are ordered to kill Pit Bulls on any call they go to.

That's not true. The only time police are allowed to shoot a dog or anything else is when the animal poses a threat. A lot of dope dealers keep vicious pit bulls to guard their drugs. When the cops crash their pad the dogs attack and are shot by the cops.
There are some psycho cops that shoot family pets but these nut jobs are usually weeded out pretty quickly. No one wants a nut job cop walking around with a gun and badge.

My big male dog was fine the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Sunday he stopped eating. Monday he couldn't get up. We took him to two vets and and spent a bunch of money trying to save him.
He had cancerous tumors on his liver and spleen. The one on his spleen ruptured and caused internal bleeding.
Google microchips and tumors and Chinese dog food and tumors.
