European horse meat scandal not likely to happen in U.S.
Europeans were horrified to learn that their frozen processed beef products -- including lasagna and hamburger -- tested positive for horse meat, but experts said it was unlikely that horsemeat could ever make it onto plates on this side of the Atlantic.

I would be a bit concerned about yr so called "experts"??? ASK!! Does yr meat come frae Mexico? Brazil? Or Usa?? Doesnt matter!! ASK!! BUY FROM LOCAL Butchers!! We have one here in Lockerbie, Scotland who has his own abbatoir and meat ready! We know what we are buying! I must add I dinnae eat lots of meat meself but buy for Guests! Good luck! x
