The news reported that millions of tax payer's dollars will be spent on the surrounding areas of the projected Walmarts in the Westend to buy up homes which have never been evaluated for their worth. CME (Comparable Market Evaluation).
The homes, some are boarded up probably value at $5 thousand to $15 thousand at the max will be paid for by tax payers to the tune of millions.

It looks to me like the Mayor's office has taken after the VA Land deal. Once these people find something that works , they will keep doing it until the money is going , or they get caught first. Louisville is giving Eastern Kentucky a run for their money on corruption.... Wake up Louisville Tax payer's.....!!!
And what happened to the company paying for improvements for their private company ? When did tax payer's start to pay for a private company ? Wal-Mart is the largest company in the world. They pay minimum wage and has more employees receiving public benefits than any other. The average Wal-Mart super center receives $1 million in public subsidies for their employees. Wal-Mart is making billions on the backs of the tax payer.
