I arrived at the scene before any emergency vehicle has arrived, immediately called E9-11 when noticing a passerby proceeding with CPR with an unidentified male. After gathering information, the semi-trucker rear-ended a slower moving semi truck and peeled apart. At which time, the driver was ejected from his cabin.
The driver that was ejected was fatal, CPR was unsuccessful. At which time, emergency officials were arrived on scene. Another vehicle was also involved in the car, at time driver and one passenger stated they were stopped on side of road putting water in their vehicle. Then was hit by one of semi trucks.
The other vehicle had minor injuries at the time.
This post is for information purposes only. Please keep the truckers family in prayers during this tragic time.
However, there is one detail that has been failed to be mentioned. There was a deer carcass in the middle of the road. TheNewsEnterprise and other new agencies, emergency officials - keep in mind.

This is all correct.. He had over corrected to try and miss a deer and the truck behind him hit him and that man was ejected from his semi cab. But you need to realize this is over a man who lost his life so lets just leave it at that. I am praying for his family... God bless.

another fatality wreck today at the 105. its going to keep happening over and over. the federal dot passed a law called the csa 2010 , that is forcing seasoned drivers out of work for petty violations. the result of this is a mass hiring of inexperienced drivers by trucking companies right out of school. a lot of the new hires are foreign ,and cant speak much English ,and are very confused by our highway system and different equipment then they are used to in there country. what was meant for safety is ending in up a complete disaster!
God bless the families of these drivers , being a over the road truck driver is hard enough on a family to begin with ,then to have to deal with that kind of loss...its sad.
