Hi to all who read or will read this forum. I wanted to discuss my time with Michael Papa and his office M&K Consulting. The reason for a different thread was to stray from all the reviews I read before going in for an interview with his company. I read them, and thought negatively of them and almost didn't want to go in and waste my time, but I went in anyway because everyone's views are different and may be skewed. And the reason I am writing this in my own topic, is because the reviews were false and I love my experience here already with Michael and I have been here for about 2-3 months now.
It is a very family oriented company with young like-minded individuals who all have common dreams and goals. We all hang out together and get along, typically something you never see in a job. The company is growing in a down economy, also something you won't see today when looking for a job. Management has its eyes on expansion and everyone is excited to come to work everyday. If I didn't love my job, I won't come here everyday with a smile on face. It's fun, it's exciting and it's great to see so many people motivated to get the job done, get tons of management experience and get paid for doing it. I love it and I like the majority of my coworkers will excel and be very successful at M&K Consulting.
Advice to the readers, the job seekers, anyone who reads my post about M&K Consulting. If you are hesitant about applying or coming in for an interview,I suggest take a shot like I did, you never know unless you try. Don't let anyone's reviews hurt your opportunity, when someone is handing you one to test drive. Will you accept the job, who knows but why give up before you try.

Probably one of the best interviews I have been on, the manager is comedic but serious at the same time. Definitely, approve

I still haven't heard EXACTLY what these people do.
From the jist of it, they are door-to-door sales people for different clients (businesses).
Maybe you should try Avon or Amway. Probably will work just as well.

I went in for a interview from Dayton, pretty cool place. It's a management training program. Pay is good, with lots of advancement. I start there next week :)
