Another Bullitt co winner!-
"LOUISVILLE, Ky.(WDRB)-- A Shepherdsville, Ky. suspect has been accused of robbing an 80-year-old man on a walker in the parking lot of a Louisville restaurant.
According to an arrest warrant, the incident took place on Oct. 29, just after 6 p.m., in the parking lot of Outback Steakhouse on Signature Drive, near the interchange between I-65 and Fern Valley Road.
Police say 43-year-old Richard D. Smith approached the 80-year-old victim, who was walking with his wife, and asked the pair for money. The elderly man pulled out his wallet and willingly gave Smith $10.
But Smith wasn't satisfied, according to police, and he followed the pair to their car, where he allegedly pinned the 80-year-old against the vehicle and forcefully pulled his wallet out of his back pocket.
Both the victim and his wife are 80-years-old and frail, and the victim uses a walker, according to police. Authorities say the victim was sore for several days after the incident.
Police say Smith left the scene and went to the Speedway on Crittenden Drive, near the Watterson Expressway, where allegedly used the card to make a purchase in the amount of $51.60, signing the victim's name to the receipt.
The incident was captured on surveillance video, and the victim was able to identify the man in the video as the man who robbed him in the parking lot, according to the arrest warrant.
Smith was arrested by the Oldham County Police Department on Nov. 29, according to an arrest report.
He is charged with robbery, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card."

It's rather nice to see you showing this kind of initiative here lol.
The fact that you chose to focus on only one of many robberies, but decided to write a book about it (as if it's the only one) goes along way toward demonstrating what a simple-minded moron you really are.
However,,,it also gives pretty good testament of your initiative.
