If she wasn't under the influence of illegal prescription drugs then the claim of the sex not being consensual is shot. Which then makes dude not guilty, right?

It's common knowledge how much pills are on the street. I'd be willing to bet at that price she was buying lortab 10s. And it's adorable how women can claim rape when they regret something disgusting they chose to do. Ruin someone else's life all so she doesn't have to take responsibility for her actions.

Common Knowledge??? You MUST be high if you think the cost of "pills on the street" is common knowledge. No, most of the world doesn't know how much the price of drugs are, but you show your true colors here. I don't even know what the heck a lortab is. Maybe that's because I live healthy lifestyle and don't run in circles with drug addicts.

No, I live in the real world. I'm not on "drugs". But I have had surgeries so I do know the names of common pain killers prescribed by doctors. I read a lot as well because I like to educate myself on what is going on around me rather than to stay ignorant and oblivious.

You also know how much to pay a drug dealer for pills. That's knowledge you don't get from reading a lot, it's knowledge you get from buying drugs from drug dealers. Not engaging in crime doesn't make one "ignorant and oblivious", it makes them non-criminals. Nice try, though.

Lol I have no clue what pills cost on the street or in the pharmacy. I had no clue what she was snorting but I wondered since clearly is wasn't strong enough.

The news report clearly stated that she said he gave her $12 to buy a pill at a neighboring apartment complex which she brought back to the shop, crushed and snorted in front of him .
