do you think if a person is hired in the food industry should by law tell their boss if they have genital herpes? or if they knowingly spread it by sleeping around and did not tell their partner. should they be held accountable by law?
drug addict named mandy h. from another state early 20's. has been sitting the state on fire and works in the food industry when she isnt selling herself. every where she works she claims sexual harassment. she is very dangerous and violent to others and herself and her children. state took the oldest. she blackmails, steals, or sells herself for money. she is severely crazy. please if this sounds like someone you hired or started dating please watch over her baby girls. she is starved for attention and has a history of doing things even self harm for it. she may hurt them or worse. those girls have been harmed enough by her addiction and exposure to harmful chemicals. all her ex boyfriends are charged and locked up.....all. so she will have a sad story or many. staying away from her is smart but please for the babies sake keep an eye on them. oh and if she mentions family names or meetr any, see if they will watch over her babies asnd get her help oir put away in a crazy place.before she reall does hurt someone beyond fixing.

Two edged sword. First question. should they be required to tell their boss. No, check on how Herpes is spread. Secondly, if one has Herpes, and knowingly spread the virus, certainly they should be allowed to be sued in court, and I am sure they are allowed to be sued. That is what everyone should practive

thanx for your opinion.yes indeed it is a double-edged sword. the virus is commutable. plus outbreaks are not limited to just the genital area.catching genital herpes is not limited to intercourse.for instance, it can be caught in water if a person has an outbreak. a woman can have a small outbreak inside the vaginal canal and never be aware of it. unless her vaginal came equip with a rear view mirrors. who knows, that could happen. i seen some equip with mud flaps. safe sex is very important. avoiding lose behavior is even more important. condoms, sadly, does not always prevent transmitting the disease.

I don't get cold sores/fever blisters, but many people do. That is also Herpes. Do you all tell every person that you're going to kiss that you get them? Should you be sued if you don't?
