There needs to be an investigation done on the Tularosa Polic Department. There was another incident not to recently where they shot and killed a young man in Tularosa. I thought they were suppose to shoot do disable and not to kill. Are these cops being trained properly?

Police are not trained to shoot to disable, nor are they trained to shoot to kill. They are trained to shoot to stop the threat and the best place to do that is center mass. Its just tough luck this is where most of your vital organs happen to be.

I have been wondering how cops are trained. I know one that thinks he's above the law and tries to provoke citizens he stops for traffic offenses into "going off" on him, so he can get them for disorderly conduct and arrest them. He also writes falsehoods in his police reports. He is an egotistical, cocky little guy on a power trip. He is well known for abusing his authority and power.
