Can a local Judge make me file Married filing jointly, when I want to file Married filing Seperate? The income to ratio is me @ 10.62% and him @ 89.38%.

Is your divorce final? If so, I would think the judge has no say in the matter now unless there was an agreement as part of your settlement. Work it out both ways and see which is to your benefit and do it that way. If necessary, consult a tax consultant to see which way would be in your best interest.
