So sad when men are sent there to go through a drug program. You attend the classes and watch as roommates come back and shootup and take their pills. The only difference is drugs in their cost 10 times more than on the street. The courts and lawyers make money, Jails make money, Halfway House makes money, You get out an it starts all over again. Staying in jail was easier, here your trying to go through the SAP program and drugs everywhere. The inmates are so disrespectful, they know all the tricks, the drug problem will not be fixed as long as the whole system is run the way it is. So sad the state wastes so much money, If it has to be run this way why try.
