As for me....Yes and heres why. The federal government has forgotten its role. It is meant to be small and rarely interfere. State government has forgotten they work for us...cops arent public servants anymore, cops are now government thugs that generate revenue. I have more but id write a hundred pages.

Since you are disgruntled with federal, state and local governments, secession is not an option for you. Your only option would be leave to the country and find that theocracy you yearn for.

We need to take the country away from the few that are running it. This is a wonderful country full of good people. Why should we leave ????

We don't leave the country. We form a confederation that will allow all the states to act as part of a confederation without having Washington D.C. telling us what to do from cradle to grave.

I think that if people can file a petition to try and get their state to leave the US (Which all 50 states have), wouldn't it just be easier to try and push the government out. The System is broken and corrupt beyond repair. The only option I see is removing every elected official from office. Everyone starting from President, down to city Officials. And I know that sounds like a lot to do, but think of how wonderful it would be afterwards.
