I completely agree with you, people like that are the total scum of the earth and should have absolutely no place in american society, or any society for that matter. But i wouldnt worry too much, everybody has to go sometime, including that scumbag, its just a shame that little snake is still roaming the streets.

I have seen a lot of drastic comments on this site about Shane.I think is very easy to judge somebody because of the facts that you find out from the media.I just have one question:How many people that post comments on this site know Shane in person?

I have posted many comments about "Shane". I dont know him. I dont know Hitler either but im pretty sure he was scum also. "Shane" admitted shooting this man. This was not a media report this is what"Shane" said. "Shane" shot him from a long way away with a high powered rifle. "Shane is a coward" I dont need the media to tell me that.

I have read a lot about this case and I understand Shane is a free man now because he accepted a deal.He admited that he killed that guy but the prosecutors dropped the charges instead.I am not trying to defend him at all but I just want to ask a question:If you were him and if you were not guilty...wouldn't you have done the same thing in exchange of freedom?
Like I said, it's very easy to judge somebody.

His words and his deeds condemmed him. The only reason he got the plea was because of his dads connections tot he state. This Piece of dog excrement dosent deserve to breathe. And to be honest, If i wasnt guilty i would never admit to something i didnt do.

I met Shane and I don't think he has the profile of a killer.I also think that there were not enough evidence in this case to condemn him.Of course this is my personal opinion.

Well " Shane " admitted killing the man. "Shane" should have to spend the rest of his miserable life taking it up the butt from some career hood. "Shane" is useless. Maybe you know"SHane" and found him to be of good moral carachter and a upstanding citizen. I find"SHane" a useless no good rotten C**ksucker that is taking up breath that could be used for a worthless mongrel dog on the street."Shane" bragged to a former gf and then admitted to the courts that he shot and killed Trent Ginouro. It is bleeding heart people like you that allow these dysfunctional no good rotten pieces of poop to stay out of jail and make the victims worse off. Tell "shane" i would love to have a party with him and "Todd" (Ice) and "Mel"(Ignatow)and you and lets hear their sad stories of wo and how they have been mistreated. Then after you give them all your sympathy why i douse the building they are all in with gas and light a match to it.

HOW THE HELL CAN SHANE RAGLAND LIVE A NORMAL LIFE RIGHT NOW WITH THE MURDER OF THAT POOR GUY ON HIS CONSCIENCE, I MEAN DOES HE EVEN CARE?WHAT POSSESSED HIM TO CARRY OUT SUCH A COLD BLOODED ATTACK, AND WHAT COULD POSSIBLY JUSTIFY IT?
What possessed him? He was a spoiled rich kid used to getting his way. Nobody was going to tell shane ragland he wasnt good enough for the fraternity. Id like to know how trents friend mike feels about all this? Just saw a special on this case on BIO and apparently trent paid with nhis life for backing his friend mike, who got into some dispute with shane over a girl. The shame of this is the parents of shane gave him a gun when he wasnt mature enough to handle it. In the end these are immature kids whose lives both ended that day. Trents literally and shane , who really should have served MUCh more jail time and now has a 63 million dollar civil suit lien hanging over his head - i think shanes father ought to pay that judgement, either that or stop throwing your money around defending a son who obviously had every chance in this world to succeed and still couldnt make something of his life

try this. Shane was so much in comtempt of this he didnt even attend the trial over the money. Now he wants the judge to set aside the verdict. F**k him he had his chance and his own arrogance condems him even more.

I actually did know Shane. I worked with him for quite a while in the mid-to-late '90s. I always thought it was odd that I would see him in the restroom several times a day washing his face and hands in the sink; almost like he was taking a bath. I wonder now if that was his psyche trying to wash away the dirty deed.

He was always a nice guy to me and others at work, but I would hear stories about how he would treat women that he dated. He had no respect for women at all. He was apparently quite a player. It always really bothered me what a lack of character that he had in that regard, which made me not care for him very much. He came across as fairly spoiled, but I had no idea they were so wealthy.

I of course am not the judge or jury, but the evidence and his confession sure lead me to believe he did it.

If that was my brother or son that was killed I would hunt him down and torture him until he went black and blue, then I would let him make A full recovery and do it again.

I wondered about this case? Ragland is either a total fing idiot or he is smart enough to get away with murder. He must have had some piss poor lawyers? The FBI didn't help when their expert on bullets lied through her teeth.

This like the Cam case in Indiana was law enforcement wanting to clear the case so badly they took short cuts and FOBARed the case.
