B/c Louisville is filled to the brim w/ wite supremacist neo-Nazi kkk lynching bloodthirsty murderers, they stupid, dumbest state in Amerika, they wont have anything to say about this thread, adn this thread will fall to the wayside, just like the many other relevant posts that get passed by. We got like 30 city councilpeople, and I'm the one they target ? I know... it's fked up, but it makes sense, cuz to a Nazi, they understand hierarchy, and the corporate ladder, and while they aint on top, b/c they racist, at least, in their minds, they think, they aint on bottom... but u KY, u been on the bottom since 1792... what's that date u ask, well, morons, I'll tell u. It's the day Kentucky was inducted into the Union, when KY was 25% black. Now it's 4%. What happened? Just keep reading, and you'll c.

Paulo Freire is great b/c of his Oppressed Pedagogy, and of course Chomsky and einstein are genuises. They believe in education as you perceive it. To go after it. To inspire curiosity, and to experience life. That's the point of education. The point of education is the point to life. Once you figure out the point of life, then you realize what information is meaningful, and what information is not.

my favorite is Yeshua, his theories are law. Love your god, love thy neighbor as yourself, thou shalt not Murder! Steal! Thou shalt not covet, thou shalt not create likeness of which is on earth heaven or hell, thou shalt not commit adultry, thous halt not have any gods before me

Paulo Freire was for Christians, it's philosophy for Christians... yeah, Jesus is great, but there's more nuances to understand...

Like Behaviorism, Cognitivism, and Constructivism. Sure, dont murder, dont steal, dont hit, etc. Those are obvious. But what's not obvious, is how to teach somebody... in order to learn how to teach, we need to learn how folks learn.

Paulo Freire is pretty good, but Sugata Mitra's implications that education is self-organizing and self-emergent has the most profound and revolutionary implications, since it proves that teachers/dictators/autocrats can only stop education from happening, because even if there was a room with a computer, and students, then learning would take place. Educators are going to have to justify their existence by amplifying learning, or at least being neutral, and just making sure fights don't break out, but the days of stopping education by spoken word lecture are soon past.
