Does anyone know where homeless individuals or groups tend to stay in the city? I have organized to have some clothes and blankets I'd like to distribute and besides shelters, don't know the best places to look for the unfortunate who cannot make it out of the cold.

Do not ever donate to a random charity. You want to make sure that you are providing NO assistance to any negroes beyond the welfare and food stamps that you're already paying for.
The best thing to do with the unevolved ape negroes is to simply let them die off.

Nonon, you are an idiot. Some people care about others. Go to church.

Take some lightly used clothing to a thrift store, not only will you be helping the poor but you'll also get paid in return.

Just my 2 cents on this topic.

I donate to them anything that I can't just give to someone. I don't really work with a specific charity, I do this on my own. I prefer to just give to the (genuine) needy instead of them having tp purchase items. It's getting too cold to mess around

I prefer to just give it. I don't need the money, I want someone who does need it to have things to keep them warm this winter. That's all it's about.

I'll donate to anyone who needs it regardless of their sex, age, race or sexual orientation. Just because their black, or anything else, doesn't mean they're not deserving. Color doesn't make the person abusing welfare and foodstamps.
