The Book of Acts was in fact an extension of Luke's Gospel. It indeed tells of Paul's miraculous conversion and his calling by Jesus Himself to be a leader and prophet in the Church. No Christian rejects the Epistles of Paul, which most scholars consider to be chronologically closest to Jesus.
Keep beating your head on the wall. You will never change the fact that the Bible forever condemns and prohibits homosexual behavior in the plainest of terms, repeatedly, and in both Testaments!
We heard this rhetorical BS many time David.

You need new material. This crap doesn't cut it anymore.

No followers of Saul's sect, you mean. There are lots of contemporaneous writings, most having nothing whatever to do with Yeshua, that are "chronologically closest"; but that doesn't make them pertinent or accurate. There were many that WERE pertinent, but were systematically destroyed by the Nicenes.

Still, you are suggesting that the compilers and editors of the anthology used Saul's writings as the standard for inclusion in their canon? There is some truth to this because Irenaeas was a rabid Saulian, almost to the exclusion of all others. It is not completely correct, though, as not all canonical compilers used Saul's tracts as their reference point.

Really, start reading the patristic texts. Even a Roman Catholic text on the subject will give you a framework and timeline.

I don't object to your heresy, because "salvation" is not dependent upon holding "correct knowledge" or "correct belief". That's gnostic.

I DO object to what you seem to think your belief entitles you to do to your neighbor in practice; i.e. Beat your neighbor as yourself.

Stop eating shell fish, stop eating bacon, stop cutting your hair, stop wearing mixed thread cloth, the next wedding you attend, if the bride is not a virgin, stone her to death, stop all these dreadful sins, and maybe, just maybe we can talk.
have you not read the passage that says god has declared all things eatible? Nothing is forbidden to eat. Your a hypocrite, you say the same tired crap over and over the same as you accuse chrisians of doing. Only difference is you are obviously wrong and can be proven wrong.

That's just Saul's spin on things, and is immediately interpreted as being symbolic of teaching Gentiles, NOT any literal dietary restrictions.

HE knows this.

You don't appear to.

If you're going to obsess on posting hate about the Bible and Christians, you really should read the Book at least once!
Do you enjoy making yourself appear a total idiot? Your idiocy of course also reflects on your horrible hate based radical homosexual movement!
Who cares? The Bible is crap anyway you look at it.

Your tired psycho-babble bores me.

The Bible is still total crap David. Nothing hateful about it, just the truth.

Luke was not an "apostlos" but a follower of Saul, and given the title "evangelos" by Saul's other followers. He was Saul's main PR man.

<quoted text>No, I'm not divorced. People make mistakes and repent of them. Forgiveness is a key principle of Christianity after repentance. Repent of your homosexual behavior and any church would accept you. No Christian church would ever 'affirm' or bless your choice to live in sin, no matter what that sin is. The Bible makes it plain that homosexual behavior is VERY serious sin.
they may make mistakes but even if they repent, they're still divorced.

If you're ever curious, read the Book of Acts. It explains this in full and completely demonstrates your ignorance.
I'm glad you at least recognize that the Bible repeatedly condemns and prohibits all homosexual behavior.
If the bible has amendments about some archaic rules, what is to stop them making up new ones, CALEB, JAYCE, LUKE, RAND, DAVID MOORE, THRUTHTELLER, POW, GORDON?

BTW, the bible says LOTS about lying, yet you cannot tell the truth now even when it is ridiculous for you NOT to lie anymore.

Why not OWN your hate and bile and admit it, DAVID MOORE? We all know who you are. You are fooling NO one.

The "bible" was written by man and does not dictate law in a secular society. The only worthwhile phrase from it is "love thy neighbor as thyself" which none of you crack pots seem to endorse or repeat over and over again.
written by men, Inspired by the Holy Ghost. Women also wrote under the influence of the Holy Ghost too not to forget them the Ladies are very important too. God Loves people that are gay , but He doesn't excuse their choice to be gay,he doesn't like it . Just like he doesn't permit lying, murder, and a great many other sins also.He is Holy and Loves all people but hates all sin.
