Three of these were from Detroit - what are they doing living @ Prince Hall??? Probably somehow connected to KSU. That place needs to shut down. It's attracting a lot of drug dealing trash to Frankfort. We have enough problems without them!

Apparently, it's worth moving from Detroit to Frankfort to sell drugs.
Maybe the reason is because lots of people in this town use drugs.

Kentucky has always had a drug problem and WILL ALWAYS have a drug problem because the cause is never addressed: unhappiness

Just take a look at the comments on here and you will see how unhappy and miserable people are all the time. Look at the way they talk about others. Look at the way they perceive the world and their lives.
Misery loves company...and drugs apparently.

1)You generally don't need a background check to go to college and better yourself. That would be counterproductive for society.

2)Most people enter college at age 18. Juvenile records are redacted when you become an adult, so it would be a waste of money to check.
Agreed

I agree, however, it's much more of a Frankfort problem. There are nice areas of Kentucky. Frankfort is the armpit, frankly

Our nation justice system is a JOKE!! Look at Casey Anthony.... George Zimmerman.... and all of the other druggies that get only get fines after fines in lieu of jail or prison all because overcrowding.

In case anyone has not notice, a lot of drug charges in Kentucky has been reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor in order to reduce the overcrowding. I think it was started within the last 2 years or so.

From now on... these same people will get fines after fines after fines after fines after fines but no jail or prison. Might as well get use to the fact these people will just get a slap on the wrist and nothing more. This will not help them only enables them to keep doing what they are doing because the punishment is not severe enough. Not only that these same people have criminal history which will tell you and I that they don't plan to quit. This change in Kentucky drug law will not help them but will enable them to keep doing what they are doing and hurt the innocent people around them.

I know someone who has been on the court docket since December/January this year but no court date has been set still. I don't understand why though because this person has been in jail several times this year and has several court dates for various charges.

This investigation went on from 2012. All that time and man hours for what? Well, they got $20.000 and some drugs off the street.

I think Zimmerman's lawyer did very well so far but I feel he will not get a fair trial because of pressure on certain group of people. That is why I brought his name up.
GZ killed a human being and he has a name, Trayvon. Eventhough I I think GZ did kill him in self defense, this does not mean you or anyone has to trash Trayvon's name. No one in this world is perfect.
