Does anyone know anything about David Bailey? He was a noncompliant sex offender living in Winchester ky. He died after being hit by a man because David was supposedly harassing some children and would not leave after being told several times. Does anyone know the reason or reasons why he was a registered sex offender?

I couldn't agree more! But im trying to figure out what he done to land himself on the sex offender list. Its a 20 year registry so it must've been pretty bad. The guy that hit him done the world a favor but is now facing charges. Bailey was last known to be living in Louisville so i was hoping that someone might have some info
