Well let's see if they can overcome this destructive reign of Power. He has ran all experience off and has created a turntable that will never be able to keep up witht the competitors that have kept their experienced staff. I hear he is getting promoted, how?????

I agree with many posters on here that he was not great to work for. But, he came from an accounting background not sales so what do you expect. He did one of the sessions of the certification when I started and I got 19-20 from all the other managers, he gave me a 14 on my pitch of a brochure. No one got above a 15 so he made everyone "pratice" it for 2 weeks and call him back and redo it. haha. but, I worked for Medaris too and I think he was worse!

As long as they have idiots in power Indy Power, they are gonna have idiot results. They think that, you need to impress them all the time. They lack that customer driven passion to drive business and during my tenure there it truly shined. I am truly glad to hear that Dunk is finally departing and feel so sorry for those in Philly who have to deal with him and those dreading his return. I hope IKON can find someone who actually has a motivating personality to replace him, someone who treats you more like someone rather then a number, and someone who is not brain washed with all that corporate bullshit and time wasting techniques he loved to come up with. He really loved any excuse he could to come up with a reason for another spreadsheet. Jon, the only person responsible for their results is no one other then that person himself!!!!!!

I worked for them in Lexington and they are a terrible company to work for. They say you will get on-the-job training then they yell at you if you ask for training. There motto is FIGURE IT OUT ON YOUR OWN.
