Which is why I do not usually respond to a post unless they have been a long term and somewhat respectable participant even though I disagree with them. I have and still disagree with "Sybil" LOL I just think he is a bit over zealous and paranoid and he knows it. But my opinion does not upset him and vice versa.

Notice I said "usually". Most ofter I just say @ so and so. But if I do reply and it gets deleted "that's just the way the Mercedes Benz".

I do have to agree with AB in that I do not think nor have ever believed it is the "NOPE" poster even though her profile says she "edits" a few towns around her location. Edit can mean many things.

i highly admire the old ancient wolf
his 'old age ' plan is very respectable ,...and highly enlightened
he is wise ,
he is very refreshing in this new age of fools
why waste the savings of a life time, on late -in - life medical expenses and nursing homes ,..
why prolong the agony ,
why are we forced to essentially die alone , gasping our last breath in an antiseptic room full of strangers
as you grow old ,.. you are forced to depleted your fortune,... the money you skimped and saved over a lifetime
maybe that money should go the grandchildren -
people are wasting five thousand dollars a month, in order to keep grandma alive for a few more months or years,..
all within the walls of an abusive nursing home , where foreign born , uncaring under paid CNAs will only wipe your 'rear end' once a day ,...if you are lucky
You are very perceptive, for that is exactly what happens. The only way to get around it is for a loving family member to be present near his or her loved one. I had been a consultant for many years in nursing homes and hospitals, and the things I saw bothered me terribly. My job was on the line many times because I chose to advocate for the patient. I have drawn up a living, revocable trust for my farm, giving it to our adopted son following our deaths. That avoids probate costs and after 7 years, it provides protection from nursing home costs. I have in a will, instructions for an equitable distribution of remaining assets. Everyone who has growing children, or grandchildren, should make some provision for them prior to our end of mortal life. It is sad when you are financially worth more dead than alive.

BIRD story:

Pope's holy dove attacked by evil secular seagull
If the pope didnít believe in Darwinism before, we bet he does now. Pope Benedict XVI released a dove from his window in Vatican City's St. Peter's Square yesterday, only to see it attacked by a seagull, enacting a tiny drama of "survival of the fittest." The dove must have a guardian angel looking out for it, because it outmaneuvered the ungainly gull and flew away to safety. Doves are a ceremonial symbol used to mark the end of prayers and reflect the tranquility of the Christian faith. Seagulls are stomachs with wings that poop everywhere and can easily ruin beach picnics.

I'm glad somebody else sees that! Hey when I told Una he was acting "Sybilish" I was not referring to you. That is just a description me and a friend use. Hope you're having a good day.:)
Don't let it bother you.

Good afternoon lala, I hope you are feeling better today although it looks like aches and pains will increase over the next few days. Have you ever used those Therma Wraps? I use the ones for knees now and then when my left one is aching. Mostly do to cold, damp weather.
They say we will have 70 degree weather today with a possible 60-70 mile hour winds, storms and possibly tornados. Looks like it will be mostly south of me, but it isn't by much from their weather map. I still might get it. It is warm and slight wind now. Overcast. AW is lucky to have seen a spot of sunlight with his deer visitors this morning. I haven't seen any.
I seen this video and thought of you and my horse lovers in my family. My neice adored it:
Budweiser now on Twitter, asks followers to name a horse
Hallelujah, Budweiser has finally opened a Twitter account. The company was prevented from using the site before the platform introduced age-identifying software (Bud can't market to customers under 21, duh). To make up for its slow start out of the gate, good ol' Bud is asking its followers to name its next ... Clydesdale thoroughbred? Huh? Yup, the company wants its fans to help create a moniker for the two-week-old Clydesdale foal that will star in this year's Budweise Superbowl ad. Some of the cooler suggestions so far? "Buddakup," "Hops," and "Sport." We'd opt for "Retweet." [Source]
http://now.msn.com/budweisers-first-tweet-ask...
They should of used a website to click on instead of twitter. I don't use twitter, never will. He is a cutie, isn't he?
Enjoy your day!
Very cute. I'm partial to "Buddakup."

Don't worry about it. "Dost thou protest too much" is a quote that I pay great attention too. The more that you try to proclaim your innocence, the more you appear to be guilty of unfounded remarks. I don't know what FAKE means in the context of this thread. We are all FAKE if you ask me, because no one knows our true identities. My advice, whether taken or not, is to keep posting whatever you like as long as you do not demean any other poster. I rather like individuals who express their ideas freely, without hesitation, or fear of retribution.

Well the old Wolf may be a bit tired from time to time, needs his naps, even has his bouts with Arthur, does not see all that good after starring at the screen too long and his old fur may have a slight bit of the mange.......

But never fear, UNDERDOG is here and has a date with Sweet Polly PureBred tonight. hahahaha

(been cleaning for such an occasion) lol

Congrats AW. Do you plan on getting frisky and trying to tap some of that? Don't be shy now. Let someone know in case an ambulance has to be dispatched to your place. You know how long it will take them to find you. LOL.

Hello, how is my favorite Sybil? That is so true. We got to know it was you by your anagrams and comments. Though you weren't trying to deceive anyone with yours. It was your style with the name anagrams. We have come a long way in two years. Like una and grandpa in the last couple months. I really like both of them now as I came to like you. Nothing fake. That blabbering and sheep imitation outted that one.
Have a wonderful day.
thanks, you're giving me the warm and fuzzies now ; )
I noticed your long post earlier today talking about the mods and the fakery and censorship here has been removed. One has to wonder why they are being so blatant about it now.

Now I am old and almost ready to go
and see no reason to pout
but what used to be my sex appeal
is now my water spout.

LOL Actually she is coming to get me and we are going out for what she calls a nice dinner (supper for us country folk) and most pleasant conversation that has nothing to do with Topix posts, politcis, or religous dogmas. LOL

@UNA when City Folk and High Brows call the evening meal "dinner", we need to tell them that Leonardo da Vinci did not paint "The Last Dinner".

It isn't the mods doing it. It's because her post contained the reference to a person ol' Nope despises, even more than me.
I don't think it is Nope, I think he has been tagged for threatening to overload the thread and did a couple times when he was upset. I may be wrong but that is my opinion.

That might be partly correct AW, but that doesn't account for other posts of AB's and mine, refering to him, and not using his posting name. There is not a moderator that sits and monitors this topic 24/7. Out of millions of posts world wide. As I have metioned before, I accidentally clicked on Glasgow Scotland. That entire site is made up of pure filth. It is made up of mostly perverted sex ads. Topix terms of service must not be the same worldwide. If they were that entire site would have to come down.

Did you notice Nopes jibber jabber trying to say The Topic owner probably watched this topic? I bet he even spends his vacation time here and who cares if he does? LOL. She will try anything. Without posters there would be no Topix.

I agree. I don't think Mods sit and watch this all the time either, but except for the sniffer there could be one (even from California) that pops in from time to time and sees such and has a memory.

I am not supporting Nope, I just think there is as good a case for it not being her as it is in being her. I don't buy into "guilty until proven innocent" and as far as I am concerned nothing has really been proven other than some have said "that's strange". I have seen Nope on here when others were and references were NOT deleted.

Just as a note to that comment, old Wolf's hometown is not Lexington. His ISP sometimes shows that and a few other central Kentucky towns. I would have no idea where the gun shop being referenced is even located.

In reference to me being Kevin, my children wouldn't like to see mommy being a man. But I do have a tendency to wear the pants, but with the partner being hmm Part Italian and pigheaded I let him feel less threatened. And for the men out there who have water spouts... as long as it functions a little better than not at all...Life is not about the fooling around; it's all about having a terrific time.

Bravo, I know exactly were you're coming from. That field needs more like you. I gave up after 8 years. The neglect , the moroseness, the overwork physically and psychologically makes one weigh the good days and bad ones more objectively.
