<quoted text>are you feeling better? I hope so, I have spent the whole day sick, so much for the flue shot this year, didn't help a bit. How long did it take for you to get to feeling any better?
Hi Richard, thanks for asking and NO I am not, tomorrow makes a week. Meds 5 day Zpac, codiene cough syrup all gone, some nasal spray. I had a follow up with regular doctor today, shot in the rear, more anti-biotics, cough pills instead of syrup. No more fever thankfully. My friend that works there said flu like symptoms, but not the flu, and respiratory problems are flooding doctors, acute care, Emerg care and hospitals now but won't say it is epidemic. Every family has some sick members it seems. It is just running it's course, some say 2 weeks, while it passes through family and co-workers. I have never taken the flu shot and probably never would. I will take my chances with the flu. Mine is bronchial, sinuses, stomach, body aches, no other flu like symptoms, i.e. fever, throwing up etc..

I hope you get to feeling better.

Hello fellow bird threaders. I hope you all are well and warm. I loved all the cast iron skillet info. I have several. One my Mom gave me when I got married (each daughter got when), then when she got ill, she started "cleaning house" and we all got another one. They were hers and my grandmothers. I treasure mine and use them for everything. Thanks for all the info on preserving them. I learned a few things. I wouldn't make cornbread in anything other than an iron skillet, nor fried chicken. I recently seen a recipe for pineapple upside down cake and tried it. It was awesome.

One day when I was in about 5th or 6th grade in school we were out on the playground. I was hanging out with this one girl, having fun. Two of my good friends walked by and they stopped all in a huff and told me with their attitude that IF I was going to be THEIR friend I could not play with THAT girl and be HER friend! I was pretty much speechless because I knew that must have hurt the other girl's feelings to hear them say that. They stood there with their hands on their hips fully expecting me to follow them and leave THAT girl alone! Well they finally walked off with their attitudes and me and that girl kept right on playing.:)

<quoted text> Thank you for your response. There is nothing in the air during the roaring. I was searching on line for maybe some clues and was shocked to see we're not the only ones hearing this. It was so bad in a part of Fla. they thought it was a tornado yet there was no warnings or threats of storms. You can find that on you tube. As far as the helicopter is concerned the earlier one was smaller, but this last one was big, I wrote down the markings on it.Then someone had told me about fema concentration camps and I looked it up when after they told me this. And to my surpise and shock IT IS TRUE check it out in Ky.I live close to ft. Knox and it said there was a U N helicopter always there. The first 2 letters in the one I saw said UN the rest were numbers and the same colors mention Ithought it was a vin number or something. You might want to start checking out those low flying things. Something is going on, why would the UN flying around in a country side and what is up with this camp deal.
Concerned, I also live in the Fort Knox area and have noticed those helicopters hovering and coming/going more than normal. The windows and glass on my living room tables rattle long before I hear them. I will check out the markings next time they do as well as make a couple phone calls to my contacts there. It might just be an emergency disaster exercise they do periodically. I know, I use to be part of them. Like the National Earthquake Drill FEMA conducted May 2011.

Do you see the Chemtrails in the sky, like today. They were crisscrossing those big lines all day. Watch the skies. They are over your area too. I did not hear a big boom. Use to hear them all the time, but that was the Armor Center's MIA1, M60's, Heavy Mobile Equipment etc..But then I have been medicated. lol

You are right Imposter, it could be fracking.

I hope you had a Happy New Year.

Have a good night.:)

Good evening, AB Hope that you start feeling better. Looks like the polite times for our resident trolls are over. You know, Roaming, Una,and Imposter exhibit some intellectual prowess when they want to. If they want to introduce civil discourse, I would be glad to talk with them. Una, especially, has quite an extensive knowledge of the Bible. It puzzles me when he understands the Scriptures, but doesn't follow the Lord's teachings. Maybe it's a way to let off steam safely by berating others. We're just anonymous people behind a keyboard and computer screen. I'll probably get sh.t for saying this, but I really would like to converse with everyone here.

The boom is likely fracking, but have you listened to several newscasts, many from mainstream news stations, regarding the unusual sounds heard around the world? No one offers an explanation of these sounds. A few people on Youtube have put together a compendium of these newscasts, and audio about these sounds. By the way, your comment about fracking is valid. I hope the fracking going on near the Gulf of Mexico does not result in the disruption in the New Madrid Fault. Then we will have many birds dead. But we may not have the ability to talk about them.
We don't have natural gas down this way, or at least they haven't found any yet that I know of. But people do still hear the "booms" now and then. If they disrupt the New Madrid fault line too much there will be more than dead birds! lol We haven't had a good tremor lately.

That is why the earthquake report is fascinating. Fracking areas have plenty of them and like you I don't want to see us split from the Gulf to the Great Lakes like that worse case scenario was for the Sleeping Giant waking up.

Just read about a flu-like illness in Canada. It was discovered when a woman was found dead on a train and 3 other passengers developed flu-like symptoms. The 3 other passengers were hospitalized and quarantined. The train car was sterilized. Officials initiated a quarantine until they find out exactly what killed the woman. This bears watching. Good-night again. The sky is not falling, but I am wary of initiation of pandemics.

Actually the sky is falling, tonight is the peak of the Quadrantids meteor shower. Not always the best but with up to 80 per hour it can be pretty good.

I remember him well, from down around Fort Campbell, Saragon was keeping us updated about him. It was very informative (maybe too much) reporting all the deaths around the globe. All the birds, fish, cattle etc...That site was pulled down. Click on an see.

Your friend, I hope. Uglylala
(Uglylala, LOL)dang, I laughed when I saw that. I would be glad to call you a friend. I haven't posted a lot recently. I haven't said anything, but the Great Fartman has been getting his butt stomped by bronchitis and sinuitis, like most others. LOL. I'm usually not bothered by sinus problems, but I get upper respitatory infection about this time every year. I refuse to take a flue shot and rarely get the flue. Lol. I've been sleeping a lot, day and night. Got a sleep apnea machine a few weeks ago. I absolutely love that thing. Best sleep I've had in years. Lol. I even use it when taking a nap, it's better than a sippy cup. Lol.
