it makes you wonder why the FDA is allowing margarine manufacturers to market this product as the better alternative to butter. When the fat free craze started in the 80's and 90's, more people became obese.
I don't go for none of that crap. I work it off. I love my sugar, Cokes, Sweet Tea etc...I would drink water before I would drink a diet soda or unsweet tea. Same with the butter. If I get fat, oh well. hahaha More to love. lol Luckily, we are a slim bunch in my family. My Mom was tall and thin like the day she married my Dad at 16 when she passed and she was a full time Army wife and mother. The perfect Mrs. Cleaver. We had Southern Home Cooked meals most our lives. Lucky us.:)

I didn't say I blame the Jews either because the Khazarian descended AshkeNAZI zionist are not true Jews. Who do you think did it and why? If you know who stood to gain from it (ever heard of the term 'cui bono'?) then you will know the answer, and I have already given it to you.
You have an agenda that I don't buy into either way, so there is really no need for us to discuss it. You have tried giving me many answers and only failed.

There are those that had/have something to gain from 9-11 and many other situations including Iraq, Iran, Palestine, etc. and I refuse to label them as belonging to any particular sect. So am I stubborn? absolutely. I don't believe that "white man speak with forked tongue" nor do I believe "There is no good injun but a dead injun".

I have no agenda other than to seek the truth and inspire awareness of it. However, it seems that most people don't care much for the truth and would rather live in the bliss of ignorance.
You don't believe "white man speak with forked tongue"? Then you probably trust all lawyers and politicians too.

I simply do not believe in attaching negative labels to any particular groups including Jews, Arabs, Orientals, Germans, Russians, Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Cowboys, or Native Americans. We are all GOD"S children including any that I might have missed. We may even know GOD by some different name.

Fat (even animal fat) is your friend, sugar and carbs is your enemy. We need fat in our diet (the essential fatty acids, omega 3, 6, and 9) for optimal health. We need protein in our diet to supply all the essential amino acids. Notice there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate because our body can actually manufacture glucose from fat and protein if need be. It is excess sugar and carbohydrates that get converted to fat by our liver and gets deposited in our tissues, and dietary fat is mostly used as a metabolic fuel and becomes incorporated into cell membranes and does not really make us fat unless eaten in tremendous excess and even then the effect is minimal as compared to eating sugar and carbs. My diet consist of eating lots of fat (bacon, eggs, pork, steak, butter, nuts, avocadoes, coconuts, etc) yet I am not overweight and my cholesterol and triglyderide levels are normal.
Here is a good article that talks about this:

then how do you justify your previous comment on 'bad apples'?
Just who exactly were those bad apples you were referring to? Is it possible that there are particular groups of people who are a 'bad bunch of apples'?

one more caveat is that you must eat the good fats (butter, fish oil) and not the bad fats (margarine, trans and hydrogenated oils, fake man made fats) and you need to know the difference.

There will be many people saved during the tribulation period (after the believers have already been raptured). That is what I meant by "second time around".
There will be no rapture. All living at that time will face the tribulation. Jesus will not take his church out of this world until the last and final day. Without the Church the Gospel cannot go out. Without the gospel there is no salvation to be had. Accepting Christ is an unacceptable term. An unsaved person has to be accepted by Christ, through the Holy Spirit convicting their heart, through hearing and heeding to the Gospel. That conviction leads to a broken heart and a contrite spirit. That broken spirit can only be redeemed by prayer with all one's heart and repentance to God. Salvation is peace, through his grace and each individuals faith in him.

Repeating a prayer after some preacher, don't get the job done or saying I change my ways and accept Christ. No one can tell another person when they are saved. There is no use in making a goody box. It will be of no use.

Jesus is not coming back to set up a literal kingdom here. He set up his church when he was here and all the redeemed will be with him in his Glory. Jesus himself plainly told Pontius Pilate, my kingdom is not of this world, if it were my servants would have fought for me.

Your diet sounds similiar to mine. lol I don't think I could give any of it up. So far mine is normal too and I am not overweight. I am hoping to keep it that way. I eat all the sweets in moderation. I love my dark chocolate and it is good for you. haha Thanks. It is a good article and I am saving it to share with some family and friends. I remember you and OJG talking about most of it, especially the Omega 3.

I did not reference "bad apples", only a singular apple. Each individual should be held accountable for their own action(s) and we should not negatively label an entire group. You don't toss out the entire barrel because of one bad apple or even 2 or more.

In respect to your search for truth, if truth propigates hatred for a particular sect or group and not focused on seeking individual justice, you bet I will ignore it.

I don't even label ALL lawyers and politicians and with that, Good Night.
