There is no excuse for this. Why the hell would a parent have a loaded rifle home where a child could get to it?! Who was watching those babies?

there is nothing to stop. it is a fact a child would still be alive if there would have been some one with some responsibility around. If my statement isn't one you like I am very sorry for you. I do have sympathy and prayer's for the little boy.

So glad you classified yourself as a jerk, so I didnt have to.
Now imagine loosing a child, and continue if you can, with this thread.
It's a tragedy, and you passing judgement helps only you.

Ur a worthless piece if shit to say u have no SYMPATHY! This could have happened to anyone, and u wonder what has happened to the world? It's people like u that don't have a heart, and goes to show what kind of person ur! U must not have a child! Cause let me tell u, no matter what the cause was there was a lost of a child! He was 5 yrs old, and yeah the gun shouldn't have been left out! But accidents do happen. U need to learn respect and let the family morn! I hope u burn in HELL!!!

anyone of everyone who posts on this site state's their own opinion and that is what I have done, whose to say I haven't lost a child certainly not you or anyone else you don't know anything about me or my loss's. topixs is a site full of jerks and guess what your no different. 9 time's out of 10 you have gotten on here and talked crap and anyone who says they haven't your lying,, defend yourself do what ever I have stated my opinion and whether or not you like it or anyone else doesn't matter IT'S MY OPINION not yours. I didn't see anyone trying to start anything with the lady who posted second and she had the same opinion I did just not as vivid.

well I am a parent of a small child and yes he has a REAL gun! 99% of the people that live in the south has a LOADED gun in their homes. yes i do agree, guns should not be left out with small children around, but noone knows that it was left out. a 5 year old child does tend to get into things that they know they aren't supposed to, he may have thought it was a toy! no one except the parents know what really happened! it is noones place to pass judgement on those 2 wonderful parents (yes i can honestly say that because i know them!), everyone should just empathize with them and leave it be. im sure they feel bad enough as it is!

I understand this is a tight knit community, no I'm not originally from here so some things around here I don't understand. But this is my family y'all are talking about on here and I'm going to ask nicely for y'all to stop. This is none of y'all business and I think I speak for everyone when I say if you have nothing nice to say or unless you wish to offer your condolences than keep your mouths shut and your fingers off your keyboards. What you say in your own homes is your own business, but when you start bashing my family on a public site than it becomes mine. Enuf said!!
