worst ghetto in Louisville

i live in morehead KY, I was on a site last wk and ran across where a man bought a diner out of state, it was called the Karters Diner back in its day, it is now abandoned in Irish Hill Louisville, does anyone know where this diner is or if it is for sale, a contact # or anything? Thanks!!! I know it had some pics of where the diner had been moved there but never hooked up, I am interested in buying an old diner and moving it back here to Morehead, any help appreciated!!

Sheppherd's Square and CDP over in Smoketown used to be jumpin'. Don't forget the old Southwick in AP, part of old Park DuValle before they changed that. Park Hill's still tight, Hazelwood, too. There's all kinds of places in the Russell and Shawnee hoods. But, for real, if you don't go down acting hard and sh*t, nobody's really going to bother you.

Gotta Love the Smokies....too bad they're tearing down S-2
(The Square). They already took down CDP. Anyway, they think they're cleaning it up but it won't change. From Hancock to Clay to Shelby to Wenzel to Preston to Kentucky to Logan, they won't run out the Smokerz!

What's the point. It's just going to become the same as before in 5-10 years. And if they move everyone around like the did in shep square then all that means is so good places are going to become ran down and turned into ghettos. It's like cancer. Spread it out and it will infect everything

Going by what i read in the paper and the news,residents of these former housing projects are grateful for the new housing.There are going to be a few bad apples,but you gotta expect that anywhere.
