I wouldn't know what Pellicano meant that would be worse than abuing children. I can only speculate what exactly what he means. There is no doubt Michael was a creep as all pedophiles are but that Lost Prophets guy is definitely a total scumbag. I think I've read in one of your linked legal documents that Michael discussed having sex with a dog when he had kids up in his room. It was also known that he let his many special friends run wild within Neverland drunk on alcohol and they were very rude and obnoxious to the clown's employees. I do not know if Wacko was that sick to have raped small children or babies but Wade Robson was seven years old. That is certainly disgusting. I am fully aware that Michael Jackson was a creep. I never said that he wasn't. I just assume that Wacko might have done some unspeakable things to animals first. We will never really know because animals are unable to tell. Since people who abuse animals are usually anti social misfits and the lowest lowlife of society, they move on to abuse people as well. I do not think Michael would have fared too well behind bars with hardcore criminals because of who he was.
We know he tortured animals. We know he was friends with Dieter, who owned a brothel. We know he was friends with Al, who is said to be involved in child-kidnapping and child-prostitution rings. Whatever it was he did, at this point, we can only speculate what it was. Regardless, he would have deserved being thrown to hardened criminals.

It's a tragedy child abusers are still out there. I fail to see how the man who just pleaded guilty to raping babies and small children can live with himself.

I can see why the Chandlers never took their matter to the criminal court because they all would have been locked up for many years for their lies.
Bwhahaha
Well, if they were going to be locked up for their lies, why did Michael Jackson pay twenty million dollars to silence them?

The clown would have came out of it smelling like a rose. Unfortunately, Jordan Chandler saw the mole growing underneath Michael Jackson's spotted penis. As stated in the agreement that went with the settlement, Jordan Chandler agreed to drop the charges in exchange for money. Of course, that meant total silence. Wacko's lawyers put the clause in effect so that they could not later take Michael Jackson to criminal court or even testify against him in the future. But you already know that, don't you?

However, the legal documents were still made. Sneddon would have loved to have used them if he could in the Gavin Arviso child molestation trial but unfortunately, Mesereau blocked that earlier evidence because the case had to be just about the current accusation. It was because The Chandler's would have voided their contract had they testified and would have been legally sued for the paid settlement in violation of their agreement.

But they wouldn't have thrown Michael Jackson in prison with hardened criminals because they would've been on him like a pack of staving wolves. He would have caused all kinds of problems. They would have had to lock Michael up away from the general prison population. The Lost Prophets guy at least admits to being a child rapist and seems proud of it. But he still is not as famous as Wacko. He is truly a sicko and I am glad he will be locked up. However, it seems to me that he really does not care because he is not fighting it. He can live with himself. That tells me that he must be truly evil and definitely has no soul.

I don't know if the physical description matched, Ive never seen MJ naked, have you? Perhaps the kid accidently walked in and saw him in the shower, or perhaps the father installed a camera in the shower to film MJ when he stayed at his house, planning all along to extort MJ for millions of dollars all along.
Why would MJ settle? Maybe because the accusation shocked him, and he didn't want to deal with it, and was advised to settle by Johnny Cochran and other advisors at the time to protect his business interests.
You do realize if some girl accuses you of rape, gets on the stand and lies through her teeth but tells a consistant story, there's a good chance a jury will convict you without any physical evidence other than the fact that you were seen together, right?
Now imagine you are a world famous celebrity, you liked helping children and were just immature in the things you found enjoyable - like playing video games, laughing, throwing water balloons - and one of those children's families hired a cut throat civil attorney, who employed a dishonest psychiatrist to review the kids accusation, that his father planted in his mind by using a drug during a dental procedure known to make people suggestible to false memories, who now accuses you of molesting that kid.
What do you do?
Now imagine you are black in the state of California, that has a history of railroading black people in criminal cases, you know the media has been falsely misrepresenting you for years, and the family is asking for money to make it go away instead of you risking your freedom - and you can easily afford to settle to make it go away.
What do you do then?
Its easy to say years later that settling was a mistake because it opened the floodgates for more people to attempt to extort him, especially with a system that can introduce that settlement as a past act to convict him of another false accusation. But at the time, a reasonable person can understand why a person like Michael Jackson settled, considering he did not have to admit guilt.
Maybe I'm wrong about all this, but I'm not going to go around disparaging a jury verdict when I wasn't there.
People who know for sure about these kinds of things are hateful and crazy.
Extortion is illegal. Besides, Michael could've avoided kids all together but instead he continued to sleep with them. His legal troubles and bad publicity that he got from it ruined his reputation. That is not my fault. I do not hang out with little girls so I would have nothing to worry about. My wife is 49 years of age and I am always with her. You can make all the excuses in the world for Michael Jackson but the legal documents definitely prove that without a doubt, he was a pedophile. Does that mean that you can not still like his music? He is dead and it is over with. He lived his life and it was his choice to be an idiot. He should have listened to his advisers and close friends long ago. They all told him that it wasn't a good idea to be around kids. He did not listen. As far as Evan Chandler going through all that trouble to frame Michael Jackson, I highly doubt that. He was just an angry father that found out from his son that Michael had molested him. Of course, you have Gavin Arviso and now, Wade Robson. I fail to see how Michael could ever be innocent, especially with many ex employees that witnessed some of his crimes.

All this time floons have been badmouthing Janet Jackson.

Now that's funny.

And congratulations to Gavin and his new wife. He sounds like a really nice guy who is highly regarded amongst good people.

Floons seem to be oblivious to that Wacko Jacko hired two multimillion dollar legal teams one in 93 and the second a decade later and neither of them produced a single scrap of evidence that he (wacko) was a victim of extortionists. Plus Wacko Jacko himself had every opportunity to cooperate with the police and could have had these people prosecuted if they really were trying to swindle him out of money. He didn't and that speaks for itself.

Actually, it is illegal to obstruct justice. The contract stated the Chandlers had to give Team Jackson at least a five-days' notice in the event of a subpoena. Had the Chandlers been served with a subpoena and refused to testify, they would have been in contempt of court.

Sneddon also tried to introduce the drawing, description, and photos of Michael's spotted weenie too late, in the trial, for the wrong section rule. He should have introduced them, at the beginning of the trial, under Section 1108, Prior Bad Acts. Messereau did block the contract from being introduced, but I have to hunt for those documents. He did claim it was humiliating for Michael because the insurance company forced him to settle, but that was a lie. An insurance company refused to pay the bill, for Pedo Pan.

I know that Wacko failed to fully cooperate with the police and Tom Sneddon. However, it pleased me that the clown had to strip nude and have his body probed. The clown was dehumanized and degraded. Later, Neverland was raided and the clown was caught red handed with multiple nude boy books and photographs in his library. To me, someone who is falsely accused and is a victim of extortionists would desire to clear their names. Instead, Michael Jackson paid the settlement to silence Jordan Chandler. Since the clown never learned his lesson the first time in 1993, he got in trouble again a decade later with the Gavin Arviso case. What is really telling is that even dead, Wacko is still getting in trouble from beyond the grave because of Wade Robson. Floons seem to think that everybody lies on the dead clown because they want his money or are jealous of the butchered freak. Actually, most people can tell Michael Jackson was a pedophile just by looking at him and how he behaved. He was good at manipulating his fans but hardly anyone else.

Most clear thinking people know that insurance companies loved to collect but hate when they have to pay out. They certainly do not pay child molestation settlements. Floons do not live in the realms of reality. Tom Messereau is a crafty lawyer but used his ability to get his child molesting client off because he got paid well. Tom Messereau knows Michael was guilty but he did not care. He supports Michael only because he became famous and wealthy from the case. Floons seem to love him. To me though, he is just another Johnny Cochran. A criminally dishonest lawyer using the system to benefit other criminals such as himself.

The irony is the defense team are the only ones who financially benefited from the case.

Hi TripleH1976. I just wanted to say thank you for sticking up for me on one of the forums a while ago about John Lennon have a daughter and that she will inherit money from him.
Remember you said "Jane ignore that blithering fool? Well, I want to give you an update. The Michael Jackson estate is now in probate court. The Internal Revenue service wants alot of money in taxes on the estate. It claims that when MJ died his estate was 1.25 billion dollars. The Michael Jackson estate says it was 7 million. You see my point. That 1.25 or less I believe is the John Lennon heir. They are in the process of getting it out. Everyone has believed I made this up but now it is in process. You know when Michael died everyone of the Jackson said his estate was broke. That means that 1.25 billion was never theirs like I said. Now the IRS wants half in taxes which makes sense because Jackson never paid taxes on it because it was hidden. Again thanks for sticking up for me!

You know, when Jane first brought it up, I was suspicious, but seeing as the IRS claims the estate was worth 1.25 billion, I know more than half that money wasn't in MJ's name but in his part of the Beatles catalog... things are gonna get really interesting especially if the IRS wins their hand and forces the estate to cough up the dough.
