Bless you, Roe, for loving her and appreciating Jesus in her.She lives on in our hearts until we see her again with Jesus. She was a lovely, lively gift from God. She was my inspiration, in the morning especially, with her "You Can Make It" song. She was unique, awesome woman of God!

I will never take Tammy's place in Roe's life, no one could; she was ONE OF A KIND. I will only attempt to comfort, love and support him all the days of his life - after the comfort, love and support he gave to Tammy.
I loved her with all my heart and I know without any doubt that she totally approves of Roe's choice for a best friend, lover & companion. He deserves the very best and I intend to give that to him... the very, very best life.
I love Tammy's fans, her family and her friends and intend to support her precious memory to the best of my ability.
Loving God in heaven and His people on earth...

People have some nerve judging Roe and Melanie. I was a friend of Tammy's for almost 20 years and can tell you Roe was the BEST husband she could have ever had. He stood by her throughout her cancer battle and loved her and her family unconditioinally. Melanie was a great friend to Tammy Faye and I know Tammy would bless this union because these are two people she REALLY LOVED!
To tell Melanie she is 'taking Tammy's place' is really cruel and insensitive. Melanie is her own person and I am sure Roe loves her for who she is, not as a 'replacement' of Tammy.
I think people, especially Christians, should support Roe and Melanie in their new life together instead of judging them both. God Bless you Roe and Melanie. Love, James Henry

What you two couldn't wait for at least a year! Give me a break! ONE YEAR to mourn Tammy isn't all that much to ask. I for one am saddened that libido came first.

wishing the couple the best. i know roe took good care of tam but she stood by him also. im thinking that just a little over 4 months was fast too. but tammy was sick for along time and who knows when their ( roe and mel ) relationship really started. if they can live with that i guess we all can. i have alot of questions for roe and someday i will have the right time and place to talk to him face to face. he did not have the time to call tams brothers and sisters the day she died said he did not have our numbers funny thing that is since he called me and let me talk to tammy in november of 07. sorry i just had to get this off my chest. i love you tammy faye and i just can't let you go yet. your in a better place and i know our God is not letting you look down on all this. the battle is the Lords.
maybe you picked malanie for roe who knows. but i know you loved him enough to do that for him. wish he would have respected you more that to marry just 140 days after you left us but then you didn't leave tam did you you will always live in my heart. i love you sis and like she (mel) said NO ONE WILL EVER TAKE YOUR PLACE!!!

I just want to get to know you. Just tell me about yourself. Tammy came down to Greenville and tried to do a cooking show with Joanne Thompson. I have followed her and prayed for her quite a bit. Row built a gib church here in Greenville that is very beautiful. I would just like to know a little bit about you. Have you been married? Do you have children? Are you a home body type person? Are you going to live in the house Row built for Tammy? Just a few questions, huh. Lots of love and God Bless you both for the rest of your lives.

Melanie Hart has been married at least three times and is a heavily made-up lady of 58. Roe is 73. Tammy was always slightly wary of her, despite what anyone says on here. Melanie is drippy sweet, but appears to have an agenda. When were they DATING? When was their time to fall in love? Tammy's only been gone 4 and a half months! Why a Vegas $59 wedding at 9 pm at night!? I think we all know the answer to that.

I think five months is a little soon to remarry after Tammy's death....My concern is that this has had to hurt her children....They have been through so much and now this.....At 72 years of age, you would think he could be without a woman longer than five months, especially when he marries someone that's already been married three times....I wonder if he discussed this with Tammy before she past away?? Only God knows. Tammy was a one of a kind lady.... I will see you in HEAVEN.

All I can seay is sad and pathetic. For you all to think otherwise is to be blinded. For you Melanie to come on here and justify your actions is even sadder.

The truth always prevails and reveals itself!

This is all so interesting. Everyone saying what Roe should do. Roe was a widow. He could re-marry if he wants...HIS CHOICE. He lost TF a LONG time ago...she was very ill. He loved her and took care of her till the day she died. SHE HAD NOTHING. ROE bought her clothes, and took care of her and her family. He is a very good and giving man. MEN cannot be alone...face it. They need a woman. Maybe his relationship with his new wife is more of a companionship? WHO KNOWS! It is his life...not any of ours. We only have one here on this earth. ENJOY it. It is short!! And who knows where we will spend eternity.....we all want to go to heaven...but will we really??? The Bible is strict....a few will be chosen......those that DO MAKE IT to heaven, are going to be SHOCKED on who didn't. Let us all worry about ourselves...and our OWN hearts.
