A week ago Pope Francis set a new tone of love, tolerance, and understanding for the Catholic Church when he said "who am I to judge," referring to the LGBT community.

A few of the board members of this immigrant helping organization decided that as representative Catholics they would 'preach' the 'new Catholic doctrine' that same sex-couples could be joined by God, Himself, and thus thought of as exactly the same as one man and one woman partnerships.

Excuse, but God never said that he would join same sex-ed people in the holy relationship of Marriage.
This is a total human idea!
THIS new kind of preaching being done regarding God is a total falsehood!
For these few board members to 'preach' a total lie about God...well, that is a sin that God will judge severely...and we know that God will judge false teaching severely because God said that He would.

So, what are the other representative Catholics supposed to do about these few that are trying to tell lies about God, Himself?

They need to let these few know that they have overstepped by a huge, great amount! Because, if no one tells these false teachers the truth, then
the very day that they get before God...it won't be pretty....and how do we know it won't be pretty....because God, Himself said that it won't be pretty.

Unfortunately, the immigrants are being used...BY THE FEW BOARD MEMBERS! These immigrants are like human shields from which to stand behind and hurl falsehoods into the world about who God is and what God does!

No, this Cardinal should not judge these few, but
he should let them know that the path they've chosen to walk on is total risky business in the everlasting soul department! AND ESPECIALLY, when
these few have involved unsuspecting, poverty stricken immigrants!

This Cardinal has a duty to God, Himself, to make plain and clear who God is and what God does as God, Himself, has laid out His characteristics.
This is not intolerance. This is ultimate love and kindness toward all involved here....the contributors, the immigrants, and especially the misguided few!

They should be defunded because they are no longer
working for the good of human kind because they are not reflecting the Truth...not reflecting God!

The author of the article states:

"The Cardinal has the authority to determine what the Archdiocese does. The Church opposes same sex marriage, but it seems mean spirited to punish needy immigrants to make a political statement."

I thought it seemed mean spirited on part of the ICIRR to risk funding to needy immigrants for the sake of making a political statement.
