So you agree Pavey is a hard working Mayor with good ideas?
No
Pavey is not working hard when he is hanging out at the Corner Restaurant and the Elks Club for hours at a time. Throwing down beers and gorging himself with food is not hard work.
Good Ideas? Lots of people have good ideas. But it's results that matter and Pavey isn't gaining results. Too many impoverished Rushville people underemployed on minimum wage or unemployed on welfare. Too many RCHS dropouts. Too many trashy houses in Rushville falling apart. Downtown buildings in Rushville crumbling away. Out of town businessmen looking to expand their businesses avoiding Rushville like the plague. And on and on.

Pavey's so-called ideas have failed since Rushville still looks like crap and its people still don't have a pot to piss in.

OK Pipe-jill-bean. When was the last time Pavey was at the Corner?
Even the liars table down there won't have your back. I think you have the wrong leaders here. Merv loves the Corner Rest.(as he should, I do too) and Billy has been known to get his drink on at the Elks (got no problem with that), but come on. Give me one bit of proof that you see our Mayor at either of these places frequently. You can't, and it burns you that you can't.

Just more hate filled attacks that we aren't buying!

I will have to agree with Tim on this one. Merv was the absentee Mayor. I have heard from several in his administration including the current Clerk/Treasurerer that Merv would be in around 9 and out by 2. If you wanted him before, he was holding court with the other old folks at the Corner. If you wanted him after he was drinking at the Eagles. And that was if he was not down in Florida.

He was also famous for his 15 minute Council Meetings and moving the Board of Works Meetings from location to location and changing times to work for the board members, not for the residents of Rushville.

I typically see Paveys truck or car at City Hall at 8 when I am on my way to work and after 6 when I am on my way home. It is not unusual to see them there on government holidays and even saturdays. Sorry, no one is buying your lies.

Even one person on welfare or unemployment is too many, but we have some of the lowest welfare, unemployment and food stamps rates in the State. So the facts don't back up your lies either.

Other than a shoe store, what good ideas did Merv have? Pavey not only has good ideas, but he implements them. There is a ground breaking today on the North Industrial Park as a matter of fact. A Pavey idea. 16th Street Extension is ongoing. Downtown beautification, entertainment options, the Blue Star Program among others are good ideas that he is implementing.

Sorry Jill, the facts are facts, and your lies are just lies.

The North Industrial Park is a JOKE.

16th Street ext. is and has been a bill of goods. Federal money thrown at nothingness. If this was a Pavey idea, it was another stupidass one. Shame is, the twon had to kick in money on it, too, and received nothing for it.
Just more republican, Bridges, Pavey, McCane numbskullery.

Strange, you have tried to point out other communities that have looked forward to prepare for development, but when Rushville does it you feel it is a joke? More blind hatred.

How is 16th St a bill of goods? You love to snipe, but you never have any facts. It seems fake pipe bean is for growth other places, but will rip anything Rushville. You need to quit blaming others for your mistakes. It is not my fault of the administrations or the City's fault that you screwed up and are upside down in your mortgage. Again, we have offered to hold a fundraiser to help you move to Connersville since that failed city seems to be your shining city on the hill.

For sure!
A businessman looking for a location for his business would choose Greensburg or Shelbyville with their Interstate highway access over little decrepit Rushville.
It's just a hopeless cause here in Rushville.

Damn, Tim T actually has spit the koolaid out and recognized that 16th Street is a disastrous waste of money, misguided and hairbrained. I am quite surprised and elated that you are able to break the ties of the brainwashing that is the McCane-Pavey group.
Just remember, this incredible stupidity was a McCane brainchild.

fake pipe bean, you keep spitting out that it is a waste of money, but you haven't explained why? Of course you still haven't told us the big economic development that Whitley County is getting, why you refused to bet on the Chinese Restaurant (because you didn't want to be wrong again?) or any of a dozen things you post without any explanation.

The Chinese Bistro I said all along it would be a hit initially, until people saw small portions and no ranch dressing.
Then it will fold in a few months.
Bean said it would go belly up right out of the gate, not me.

16th Street is a road to nowhere and no possibilities and a colossal idea of ineptitude.
I told you that I posted the entire article of Whitley County and it was removed...

Fake bean pipe, quit trying to pretend you are not one in the same. You blew that one a while back.

I said I would bet and still will.

You have told us a lot of things, and most of them have been proven to be lies.

So tell us in your own words what the big economic prize is they got. I am sure no one would take away your own words.

Don't count on behind-the-times Rushville getting a movie theater. What's left of Rushville's former movie theater is now blue barn siding.

Meanwhile over in little tine Osgood, they have completely rebuilt their movie theater.

It looks great! Something Osgood can be proud of.

Then there are the boneheads in Rushville that put blue barn siding over a once busy Rushville movie theater. That's nothing to be proud of. In fact, Rushville is an embarrassment.
