That must be a terribly painful thing for any parent to face. The RCC has NO mercy on gays. But they sure don't want to prosecute their own child rapists. How hypocritical.

If every hetrosexual died today, the human race would soon cease to exist. If every homosexual died today, the human race would continue to grow and develop.

Stories in the mainstream media would make you think that.

The Church treats all sinners the same. By calling them to repentance and urging them to sin no more.

Does one man's sin make another man's any less serious?

You make a good point. However, I think scientists, anthropologists, researchers, doctors, know a lot more about human sexuality than the clergy do. I think homosexuality simply isn't fully understood yet, and I don't think it's a perversion. It's just another fact of life and it's always going to be a part of life.

Well, yada u - I guess if you had a gay child (and NO, I don't)- you wouldn't love it, right? After all, if you loved that child it would be unconditionally and your church won't have that, right?
