I don't know why you think I'm from playa del rey. I have no idea what you mean by "white tiger." I only have one child enrolled at SB and this is his first year. I grew up in La Mirada. I am simply wanting to know what "issues" there are this year so I can make the best decision for my son. It was a simple question. I am not trying to fool anyone. Just trying to become informed. If the administration won't share information and I get jumped on by parents when I ask for information, how is anyone supposed to make an informed decision?

Wow... Are you really asking those questions. By asking those questions you should be able to figure out the answer. Dah

65% of the school left last year. Our school is already in the black. We can't afford to lose another 65%. We must try to figure away in retaining teachers and students. Presently , we are not doing a good job.

Another meeting to address the teacher situation isn't going to give u clarity on the lies. The principle will feed u some more BS and tell all you parents to get over it. When will the parents that made a decision to stay start looking for a better way to protect their children and act like responsible adults and look for a more healthy environment to educate their children.
This is make me LMFAO...this place will not survive the lies. Stalker, what stalker, hahaha

Glad to see the administration trying to save money. Walked into a classroom recently it was hotter than hot and no lights on. If they didn't chase all those good people from last year There would not be in financial ruin

It's turned to gloom ever since Sunshine made that awful statement about coach and his health. Oh, by the way "Legal" we kept that post also! That one will do more than just "nicely!"

That class of kids is living an educational tragedy. One month into their third year at Saint Bruno and looking forward to their seventh or eighth teacher. It's hard to keep count. My oldest had 9 teachers total from k through eighth.

What exactly are those families paying for? Why do they think that is acceptable?

Is it true that the 2nd grade teacher left already? If so, does anyone know why?
You need to ask

You need to ask your admin what is going on. Don't let them confuse you with their double speak. Get things in writing.

They should be able to explain why they do what they do. If they can't or more likely won't, it's time to reconsider. You need to really question what are you really getting for your money. Check other schools. St. Bruno isn't the only show in town.

Ask if you will be allowed to ask questions at this meeting. Better yet ask will they answer questions face to face. Last year they had parents write them down and put them in a box. One whole year later and parents still have not heard back.

And if you get a meeting with the admin...it's best to take a buddy. They ALWAYS travel in pairs.

I am so grateful that the temps are cooling now. The air does not work in many classrooms. I'm hoping the heat will work. It's such a roller coaster ride with no books in one class no ac in another and chrome not working well. Craziness

Majority of teachers don't return
