The more important question is what business does Bitner manage and why not state the business on his bio?

Bitner and Vaughn's sign says it all "Parents representing Parents" - nothing about the kids or education. These pawns for KK can repeat the mantra of "Children's First Budgeting" but the truth is they only care about the budget and not the kids.
HOW WOULD A SCHOOL BOARD WHOSE SOLE FOCUS IS TO REDUCE COSTS IMPROVE THE EDUCATION IN THE DISTRICT?
Please stay alert voters and vote for the best candidates for our children - Malone, Stuckey & Anderson.
How would a union controlled Malone/Stuckey/Anderson
Board of Education mis-use our hard earned school tax
dollars?

Remember in November that this attempt of school board candidate Ron Malone (who is nothing but a pawn for SEA president, Scott Maney) to gain control of the board is noting more except a
replay of the March 2012 re-instate Malone protest.

Mr. Malone refused to work in the best interest of ALL Springboro students by protesting against a great job promotion to district office; but instead, Mr. Malone allowed himself to be used as a pawn of the union president; when Scott Maney notified the DDN that he and his union members were not happy with Mr. Malone being promoted. Inquiring minds would ask if Mr. Malone is all that you say he is, and that "doing it for the kids" is all Malone wants; then WHY did Mr. Malone refuse to accept the offer of a challenging new opportunity to use his 41 years of past educational service to the benefit of leading our school district into our children's 21st Century Quality Classroom Education?

If Mr. Malone is so great, then why would SEA president, Scott
Maney, NOT be happy to see this great man's work recognized and
better utilized in a job where his influence and expertise could benefit all Springboro students?

Could it be that Mr. Maney did not want to lose his Principal Ron pawn, who simply did for the kids ONLY what was of benift to the union's financial gain first?

If Mr. Malone put Mr. Maney's best interes first in March 2012 by refusing to make Maney and his union members unhappy; and since Mr. Malone just said NO to Our Students First best interest by refusing to accept a new challenge...

Hasn't the time now come on November 5 to Just Say NO to
status quo union school board candidates Malone/Stuckey/Anderson?

Why would our community of voters want to re-instate
Ron Malone status quo... when we are on our way to greater academic achievement and fiscal responsibility in our school district and moving ahead in the direction of sustainability?

Isn't it ironic (and quite funny) that the status quo Malone/Stuckey/Anderson supporters for union first best interests, with our school tax dollars, are on this blog today... raving and ranting and bullying and ridiculing the Students First school board candidates.... throwing a hissy fit because David Bitner and Kolton Vaughn respectfully declined the invitation of SEA officer Sarah Thornbery?

And so you are saying the A/P Statistics class and current events class were good additions?
One was a step in the right direction, the other was yet another fun class.

They also keep us in the National Spotlight.
The number of AP classes has been LOWERED by the board.
The loss of the booster funds was NOT rooted by the board. You'd look elsewhere for that. It was brought to the board's attention.
As for the technology it's called common core and that's where the money for the new infrastructure came from. Something the majority BOE is against (common core that is). But to get rid of common core now would mean paying back the money.
They did drop an A/P Art class that had 11 people signed up. Instead of keeping a class for which their was scant interest, those resources were redeployed where they might better impact more children.

OH YES, most definitely they were because we all remember the hemming and hawing the boosters did before Mr. Harves finally coughed it up when he realized the THIS Budget and Finance Committee was not going away.

For 13 years Mr. Malone failed to protect the families of his high school who were serving his support organizations. Not once did he utilize his esteem and influence to challenge anyone anywhere about the goings on in the booster clubs. When the Budget and Finance Committee began investigating the financial dealings of the organization, Mr. Malone was silent. Mr. Malone was not encouraging cooperation or tansparency, quite the opposite.

No technology is the hardware involved in transferring digital information to our children.

The board opposes further dumbing down of the curriculum through the use of new and exciting euphemisms. This board and hopefully those in the future, wish to push our academic program to higher levels, not lower.

Lowering the bar would be Mr. Malone's tack.

This board and future boards will be aiming higher.

As far as I know he's retired, like it says in the voter guide.
(that was an easy question).

The harder question is Bitner, he states "manager of a small business". Why the mystery on what the business is, and where is your enthusiasm for finding the truth about him?

Who served on "the THIS Budget and Finance Committee"?

And you might want to re-read your sentence "No technology is the hardware involved in transferring digital information to our children."

Common core did have a technology piece tied to it. In order to ready the schools they were given money for IT.

And you failed to address all the nation attention (wouldn't want attention brought to that).

Well that was fun.

I do find it ironic (and quite funny) that the budget first BOE supporters are on this blog today... raving and ranting and bullying and ridiculing everyone in Springboro except their beloved BOE members.

Vote for Malone, Stuckey & Anderson! The best candidates for the job!

Weren't there only 73 supporters that showed up?

Being "Proficient" in math, I would hardly call 73 union activists
"everybody?"

AGAIN WHAT MEMBERS ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?????? NOT ONE OF THE M/S/A CANDIDATES ARE CURRENTLY IN THE UNION! If you are going to talk about past union members Stuckey is the only one. It's like saying it's a grade-school controlled board now, since all the BOE members were at one time in grade school.
Which union was Ron Malone a part of? Get over yourself and get your facts straight.
The more important question is what business does Bitner manage and why not state the business on his bio?
How would a union controlled school board mis-use your
Children's First Budgeting school tax dollars?

Wasn't it Springboro parent for S-U-R-E, David Bowman, who
said: It is like asking the fox to audit the hen house to see if the chickens should continue to be usedfor eggs or served up for dinner.
