I've lived through a couple of house break-ins. As unpleasant as it is, I haven't spent the rest of my life hoping for unremitting vengeance on the punks who did it. I leave eternal damnation to the Lord. That's His provenance.
If up to FaFooey, he would run prisons like Abu Grahab and have naked pyramids and dogs threatening and prisoners on tables with hoods on his head.

Andrade is serving life in prison NOT for stealing some videotapes, but for being a persistent felon. And his case has been reviewed and considered by MANY courts, judges, justices, AND the United States Supreme Court. And they ALL agree with giving him a life sentence.

He's gotten more judicial review than most criminals. I support the courts' decision to give him a life sentence.

If you do not, then you are in a distinct minority.

I find it amusing that sometimes when a criminal is convicted of killing someone, they are sentenced to 20 years or less. Yet, when someone is convicted of stealing something, such as money, they sometimes are sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical.
