I have no wedding on the horizon, but, since who is at fault in this case, I'd be filing court papers on both the Cottage and the church. There's a bunch of money at stake in this case, with all the pending weddings. The landlord blames the Cottage/the church blames the landlord/etc. With all that is at stake, the church has more to worry about than $40,000 in taxes. The phrase, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" comes to mind here.

They are great people to work with and I know that they are trying their best to help who they can..I was there talking with Hayley and Iris the day that channel 5 came to do the interview. I agree with all who have said this, please correct the mistake that you have made. Hayley is the wedding coordinator of the Rockwall Wedding CHAPEL (and they are fabulous)

I had my wedding at The Wedding Cottage in May, and it was a beautiful wedding...everything was just perfect and everything that I hoped it would be. I'm shocked that they would just disappear with no warning. They didnt seem like those type of people who would just take the money and run. I was stunned when I heard about and happy that I didnt get ripped off

The owner of the Rockwall Wedding Chapel was Gwen Poss,(Rowlett) not the Rockwall Church. The church owns the property, but not the actually business.

I found a great place in Kaufman called the Victorian House, they do it all and worked with my budget. BEAUTIFUL, way more gorgeous than either of the rockwall places...!!
