Even a make-believe "reverend" living in the shadows, "location hidden" should recognize the scent of Catholic dogma. "Droppin In" is begging the question of whether or not Paul was maintaining that G_d had created HOMOSEXUALS (I don't by the Gay lie.)<quoted text>
Dear Droppin' In,
I agree, regarding Saul and scripture. Another poster here, Snyper, often provides a similar view.
I could not understand your sentence regarding "Imprimatur" and the creation of people to be "gay."
Please restate and elaborate.
Saul of Tarsus or Paul the Apostle, was stating in Romans that because of the "hardness of their hearts" through "lusts of the flesh" HOMOSEXUALS had rejected G_d and G_d gave them over to their own lusts. There is no mention of children in the text so this is merely a snare to belie the question.
II Peter 3: "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Peter als goes on to warn:
15 "And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 17Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. 18But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."
Jesus did not come to die on the cross so that unstable, decceitful men may claim salvation from their sins while remain in them. Christ calls us to come to him and die to your sins. Living as a Christian and living as a HOMOSEXUAL are mutually exclusive.
