Wanna bet. See, the supreme court can't define something, in this case a closely held business, and say it's only a closely held business if it's called Hobby Lobby. That's not the way it works.
Again, you really NEED to read the Hobby Lobby ruling.......and this business owner is NOT going to allowed to use that defense....basically because she is a PUBLIC business owner and Hobby Lobby is a privately owned company....argue this all ya want....but if poor old Elaine CAN'T use her religious beliefs to be discriminatory.....neither can this woman!!!

Do you mean Elane Photography?
She couldn't use it in New Mexico. Hobby Lobby was a SCOTUS ruling.
If by "this woman" you mean the bridal shop, well, she's all set, gays do not have protection in PA.

This is the ONLY thing you have right........it's sad that PA DOESN'T have laws protecting folks from BLATANT discrimination.......but at the moment they don't.......so this woman gets to use whatever she wants to DISCRIMINATE.......still DOESN'T make it right!!!

And NO matter what you claim...the Hobby Lobby ruling would NEVER apply to her EVEN if PA had laws protecting folks from this sort of discrimination.

Would you be okay if someone used their religious beliefs to deny a person some service they offer to the public? Or is it ONLY okay when it's heterosexuals using their religious beliefs to discriminate?

Nonsense deleted. Yes, a person should be able to deny service for ANY reason. If I were denied service I would go elsewhere. I wouldn't sue, I wouldn't boycott, I wouldn't call the ACLU looking for free legal services. Businesses that chase customers away will be hurt by the free market. That's punishment enough.

The religious bigots used the exact same tactics sixty years ago in their dealings with the negroes. Everytime I see a black person pull this crap it makes me believe they'd piss on MLKs grave.

Their "Bible" and their "God", for generations, called for separation of the races and certainly no interracial marriage. Churches in this country were as segregated as the schools in the South.

You asked that like you didn't know it, which is pure bullshit. But certainly no surprise coming from you.

I'd have to agree with you.....I've met some folks from other minority groups who have forgotten the fight and now that they have their rights....the hell with others......really sad and makes them look even more pathetic!!!

And even more sad is that they're getting their "facts" about marriage equality from the same people who denied them equal rights in the first place.

Right, that's why nearly 60% of US citizens approve of same sex marriage. Why do you folks insist on making yourselves look so damned stupid? Honey, you're so far from normal it's laughable.

I trust the courts, and it appears that your side is having difficulty mustering a valid argument.

Here's some audio of a conservative judge making minced meat of the arguments put before him by the Attorneys' General of Indiana and Wisconsin.

That statement is not consistent with the highest court in the land defining a closely held business as a person with religious rights. You oppose religion and religious freedom, therefore, you oppose the constitution.

With you perverts accounting for 1.5 % of the population and a high mortality rate, you'd better start accepting your fate.Tick, tock Tommy.
Why are you trolls so stupid? Hopefully you're nearer the casket than the cradle.

He's one of those sick bigots who rely on 20 year old statistics for his 'facts'. Stupid I'd as stupid does.
