A chicken and cheese quesadilla pie needs flour tortilla for its base crust and some top of the line cheddar cheese. It's easy to find one, it is available in shops like http://www.idealcheese.com . Grease a pie plate and press tortilla into the pan and spray with cooking oil. Put in chicken, cilantro, jalapenos, a cup of your cheddar and dash of salt and pepper to taste. Mix in a bowl and add over the tortilla. Mix the egg, milk, flour, baking powder and salt in bowl and pour over the filling. Then bake.
