This is horrible to read. I am disabled and limited on what I can and cannot do for myself. I have a caregiver at home but if something happened to my caregiver I would have to enter a nursing facility because I am not sure I could trust a new caregiver to give me the medical attention I need. The adjustment would be one of trust and if I do not get the proper caregiver, I would have no other choice except to enter a facility. This scares the hell out of me when I read stories like this. I have no family, no friends and no one else I can trust. How do you make a voice when you are in a situation like that?
