I'm a veteran and I've found that visiting a nudist camp to be very relaxing and relieved a lot of stress. I also learned to accept my body and to be comfortable in my own skin. At first it was a "thrill" to show off, but most people didn't really pay that much attention to me. All the men looked the same and all the women looked the same. So what. Some "organs" were larger than others and some butts were cuter than others, but that's life. You don't have to be a veteran to enjoy life where clothing is optional.
