The big question is WHEN will the ruling on DOMA come out, and will it be BEFORE the legislative sessions end in Rhode Island, Delaware, Illinois, & Minnesota.

Those 4 states seem to be waiting on the SCOTUS ruling to give them cover to approve marriage equality.

My guess is he DOMA ruling and teh Prop. 8 ruling will both come out at the end of June. Most of us can wait that long.
