It is very sad that these people are in this predicament in the first place and now are finding themselves desparate for items we take for granted like food, clothing etc. The numbers of refugees grows by thousands a day and there is no way the camps can predict the numbers showing up. However, people trying to feed their children will do horrible things to get food.
