In our area a significant percentage of Food Stamp recipients sell their food stamps to people who do not qualify at 50% value and use the money at the local casinos. It is sad when those who should not qualify for government assistance find a way to get it and laugh at our elected officials for being so stupid. It ruins in for those who truly do need and deserve assistance.

By-the-way, I'm not located in Boulder, Co. which is probably the location of my ISP. I live in Portland, Oregon; the Zone one unit West of Ari-Zon-a. Here's a shout out to my home town! And here's a shout out for the Father and the Son Jesus Christ.
