People, people, people....as long as there's a market for a fastfood joint on every corner and a buy one get one free coupon in every mail box then nothing is going to change. By the time this jellyroll gets his cap and gown he will be back to his fighting weight.
I know it and deep down he knows it. Afterall one of the greatest pleasures in life is good food.
Just so you'll know I am 5'11 180 pounds. And well chiseled I might add. Been fit my entire life and plan on staying that way. No gravy on my menu
Fast Food is not good food. It doesn't taste good. It's not good for you. It's not even really a good deal fiscally. It's garbage all the way around. Chiseled at 5'11 and 180? I calculated your Body Mass Index for you buddy! You scored a 25.1! You are considered overweight by the National Heart Lung & Blood Institute!
Your score - 25.1! My score at 6'2 & 165 lbs = 21.2. I'm not going to say I'm chiseled but I bet I look a lot closer to it than you! LOL

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9 - THAT'S YOU AT THE LOW END OF OVERWEIGHT
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

It seems like you may favor gravy a little more than you think. If you were taller, maybe you would be chiseled at that weight, but I'm not buying it and don't believe it for a second. That is, if that is even your true weight/height; WHO'S THE JELLYROLL NOW? BETTER JUMP OFF THE GRAVY TRAIN - YOU MISSED YOUR STOP. LOL

I lost 90 lbs by doing the same, but i didnt have to show off about it. I understand its a big self accomplishment. but you should be proud of yourself and let people notice, not shove it in their face. People do this every year and most dont have articles and videos done of them...

Didn't this kid's parents see that he needed help prior to his getting 100+ pounds over weight! the parents should be smacked for letting this kid get that heavy!!! That much weight causes health issues not to mention the torment from other kids he had to have gotten for being that heavy...SHAME on the parents. And as a teenager, this kid should have seen is issue himself before it got that out of control. Shame on all of them. SHAME. SHAME.

Do you have children? Are you perfect in life? Shame on your parents for allowing you to become such a self-righteous dumba$$. SHAME!

I have children. I never claimed to be perfect, but thanks for the compliment. You clearly must have children. Are they hugely obese? Would you wait until your child was morbidly obese and not do anything to prevent it? Would you not try to prevent your child from suffering, not only physically, but psychologically due to a severe weight issue?

And again, as a teenager, this kid put enough thought into losing weight, why didn't he try to correct it prior to the extra 100 pounds.
