Well at least now the Russians can eat a chicken that can walk instead of the mutants grown in the US where the legs have been bred off thorough genetic selection to place all the growth in the chicken breast resulting in a chicken that just lays in a cage and eats and drinks consuming huge amounts of antibiotics for 6 weeks, its normal lifespan before slaughter.

If Russians are hungry, they should eat all the things they make that murder and destroy humanity which they are good at building.

Russians are much better at building things that kill humanity than help humanity.

Yeah, everyone knows how quality russian food is, it's famous worldwide.

I remember seeing people actually queue round the block for a mcdonalds. In the West our pets are better fed.

Maybe you ate saw dust filled sausages back in the old days. Hehe
No one ever ate saw dust in Russia, but my grandmother told me how they ate frozen potatoduring the 2ww. It didn`t stop Red Army to defeat German nazis and take Berlin though. If you think that pathetic western santions are going change Russian policy go and visit a doctor. Russians, unlike Canadian peverts, are not slaves of their stomach.

In olden soviet times, when russians travelled to Crimea for vacation, they took their own living chicken with them - food for thought ;-)

Really most russians cannot afford good stuff....apart from those few billionaire assholes that drive lambos.

Norway, Poland and Spain are the countries hurt most and it's like a billion dollars for each...not a biggie at all. Norway compensates ten-fold in higher oil prices from the geopolitical mess. Poland will receive more foreign direct investments their way as investing in Russia has become a big no-no for all Western companies.

Spain may send some of the fruit to United States. In recent years Spanish citrus fruits have become widely available in America as the taste is much better than Californian and Chilean produce. Peruvian, Spanish and Moroccan produce is typically the best citrus fruit available.

All the Moroccan citrus fruit will be bought by the Russians now....and Spain will take market share in rest of Europe and America....The total social loss will be very little....but Russians will be reminded every time they go to the Supermarket that they are in opposition to the entire Free World....good luck with that in 2014!

No, they don't! Perhaps somebody like Ivan who has some geology degree working for some major russian energy company is absolutely fine....the majority of Russians are poor, they don't live in million dollar apartments in Moscow, they grow potatoes and raise pigs in the countryside.

Really, Russia's sanctions have no impact on Western Europe, other than replacing some Moroccan oranges with Spanish ones, replacing some super sweet Sultana grapes from Turkey with real grapes from Italy.
Every European is gonna enjoy some baby back ribs from Denmark and some French champagne.

The Russians are gonna eat some half-ass ham from Serbia, some weak piss sparkling wine from Armenia and chocolate from Turkey.....please enjoy!
