The event is a prototype for a new program being considered by NYC Mayor Bloomberg.
He wants all fast food to be delivered to customers in this fashion. "If you want something bad enough, you need to work for it. A little exercise is a good thing."

Future plans are to convert the NYC Marathon a vertical leap contest and to reduce the hnomeless problem through starvation.

Only those living in penthouses deserve a break today.
